Two branches, one Way
The philosophy and the tradition

When you read about Taoism you will often meet a division that confuses beginners. The philosophical school (Daojia) builds on texts like the Daodejing by Laozi and the Zhuangzi – mental models, shifts of perspective and psychological balance. The religious tradition (Daojiao) developed later, weaving in temples, rituals and inner alchemy.
As a modern person you do not have to choose sides. This journey takes the philosophical insights – how you think and relate to life – and combines them with the practical tools the tradition developed: breathing, movement and energy work.
Both branches strive toward the same thing: harmony with existence.
What drew you to Taoism – the ideas or the practice? What do you hope this journey will give you?
